Work with me
I take the work a business does by hand every week and turn it into software. Fixed scope, a
defined end, and something your team can run without me.
Most engagements start there. The four lines below are the shapes that work turns out to take
most often — read them as rooms in the same house, not as separate offers.
Prices are indicative ranges in Australian dollars; scope fixes them before anything starts.
App rescue
Line 01
- Buyer
- An owner running a custom application nobody is maintaining.
- Shape
- Two-week assessment, then a fixed-scope repair or a handover pack.
- Price
- $8,000 – $25,000 per application
Plenty of businesses run on an application that still works, has no documentation, and has nobody left who knows it. I read it, make it safe to change, and either keep it running or hand it back in a state your team can maintain.
ERP-bound fractional work
Line 02
- Buyer
- An ops lead whose ERP holds the data but not the process.
- Shape
- One or two days a week for three months, reviewed at the end.
- Price
- $6,000 – $12,000 a month
The ERP is the system of record and everything around it is a spreadsheet and a habit. I build the pieces that close that gap, working alongside the people who already run the process.
Agent enablement
Line 03
- Buyer
- A team repeating the same judgement work every week.
- Shape
- Six to eight weeks; one workflow live in production before a second starts.
- Price
- $15,000 – $40,000
Not a chatbot on the website. One workflow at a time, with the checks that let you trust the output and the switch that turns it off.
Commercial models as software
Line 04
- Buyer
- A commercial lead pricing or quoting from a spreadsheet.
- Shape
- Fixed scope, six to twelve weeks, delivered as software your team runs.
- Price
- $20,000 – $60,000
The model that decides prices, margins or commissions lives in one workbook and one head. I turn it into software with a history, so the numbers can be checked and changed without the original author in the room.
